How many business days for shipping?
3-5 days Metro Manila; 5-7 days provincial

How many days for processing before shipping? 
1-2 days; Orders are processed everyday except on Sundays and holidays.


Return and Exchange Policy

  • Timeline for allowable returns: 7 days
  • Conditions for exchange/return: If you have any concern with the item, kindly send us an email or message us on our social media pages:

  • Exchanges can only be done once.
  • Returned items must have tags still intact.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (must be unused and unwashed).
  • Item for exchange must be of same value. For higher-priced items, customer will shoulder the difference.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.


What if the item was damaged or wrong size was sent?
We will shoulder the shipping arrangements.

What if I had a change of mind?
Returns due to change of mind will not be accommodated.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Customer will shoulder the shipping fee.
